We are thrilled to announce that Will Kearney has been promoted to equity Partner at Sanford Rose Associates’ Healthcare Design & Construction Practice. This significant milestone reflects Will’s exceptional contributions and dedication to excellence in recruiting within the healthcare engineering and construction industry. 

A Decade of Dedication and Leadership

Will joined the Healthcare Design and Construction Practice in the Fall of 2013, shortly after graduating from Florida State and serving in a Human Resources role at the Cleveland Clinic. Starting in a recruiting support role, he quickly distinguished himself by identifying and engaging with leading mid-career and senior healthcare architects. 

In his 10 years with the firm, Will has perpetually sought, pursued and been successful in roles of increasing impact and responsibility. Today, Will leads his own practice area, where he and his team service clients in Healthcare Engineering & Construction.

Will has gained a reputation in the healthcare AEC industry as someone relentlessly focused on delivering for his clients. He and his team are industry talent experts, they have relationships with the top performers in the industry, know what traits took them to the top, and use those insights to help clients identify next generation leaders.

Will’s approach to success is all about being structured and disciplined. He believes that success is about showing up, doing what you say you’re going to do, and continually striving to meet objectives. 

Will’s philosophy that success is rooted in consistency, integrity, and striving for excellence resonates both in his professional and personal life. Alongside his career, Will, together with his wife, an accomplished attorney, navigates the joys and challenges of raising a young family (including a 3-year-old son and 7-month-old daughter!), embodying the balance between personal development and professional achievement.
